I have struggled with scary mental health issues as part of my chronic autoimmune conditions (pernicious anemia), but have found tremendous help by making flooding my body with high levels of (mostly water soluble) vitamins, including Vit D+K (15000mcgs daily + 200 of K), magnesium glycinate (900IU daily) and of course the all-important B12 (regular injections+folic acid — 5mgs daily) and its various co-factors. Of course this is just a temporary action, to get my levels up to optimal levels. I was deficient in D, as are most people with auto-immune diseases apparently.

The difference in my anxiety and depression has been astonishing. I am able to function like a normal human again! Happy, engaged, focused. The darkness has lifted.

I believe nutrition can help ease most mental and physical health conditions — if not help reverse many conditions. Obviously not everything, but can certainly help ease many of the problematic issues within conditions.
